Can You Help Us Purchase These Things?
(Therse are ideas from the Architect and the $ value is a guesstament)
Doors and Windows:
With the completion of the interior of the building, We are looking into the future by purchasing new energy efficient doors and windows that will be like the pelicas of the original doors and windows.
Site Benches:
We are wanting to incorporate 2 Site Benches in the yard. The architect said that they would be $600 per bench.
Director's Pit:
The Directorw Pit remodel would include railing, floor modifications, finishes in the pit area and door to area under stage. Estimated price
$5000.00.
Wall Displays:
We would like to purchase several small and large wall displays to display all the Wonderful Dexter Momentos and Memories that we have. The Small wall displays are estimated at $400/ display with 4 being required. The Large wall displays are extimated at $700/ display with 10 required. The large wall displays includes light fixture above for $200 each.
Pamplet Racks:
We would like to promote all the wonderful things going on in the Dallas County area. In order to do this, we would need to purchase 2 Small Pamphlet racks at $200/rack. We would need 4 Large Pamphlet racks at $400/rack.
Under Stage Area:
There is much work to be done under the stage. With that being said, the cost will be approximately $70,000.
Gift Carts:
With having Bus Tours and Visitors coming into the Roundhouse, We would like to purchase gift carts to hold our items to be displayed. The carts are $800/cart. We would like 4.
Theatrical Equiptment:
We will be getting back into plays and would love to have theatrical equiptment to make it a professional event. The architect estimated that it would be about $10,000 (This is only a guess).
